This policy explains what Red Cover Ltd. ("Red Cover", "we") collects when you use this website or send us an enquiry, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred way to be contacted, and any trip details you choose to share (such as destination, dates, who is travelling and budget). If you use the saved items, planner or finder tools, a copy of your selections and multiple-choice answers is included with your enquiry only if you choose to include it. Those tools keep your selections in your own browser; they are not sent to us otherwise. Please do not send passport or identity numbers, immigration documents or bank details through this website.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage information such as the pages visited and the device used. We do not set analytics cookies unless you accept them.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to plan and arrange your travel, and to keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

To arrange a trip we may need to share relevant details, such as names and travel dates, with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer providers and other suppliers, and with partners who support our residency and citizenship services. We share only what is needed for the service you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email info@redcover.ng.
